Why is it necessary to have my kitchen exhaust system clean?

If the grease in your exhaust system is not collected and removed, it becomes a fire hazard. This is the reason why the Fire Marshall, your county Health Department and your insurance company require regular routine kitchen exhaust system cleaning performed.

How often should kitchen exhaust systems be cleaned?

This all depends on the volume of cooking that is being done. It also depends on what type of cooking is being performed. If the establishment does a great deal of frying, grilling and chargrilling, they will need more frequent cleanings than an establishment that does not. The more grease build up accumulates, the more cleanings will be needed. This is why we offer regular cleaning maintainace service. Exhaust system cleanings intervals range from monthly service to annual service. Check with your local fire marshall or insurance carrier to find out what standard your establishment must meet. Please refer to the appendix of the NFPA "Kitchen Exhaust Hood Frequency" table listed on our "SERVICES" page. 

How long does a kitchen exhaust system cleaning last?

Kitchen exhaust system cleaning can take between two and six hours depending on the size of the exhaust system. Exhaust systems that have be neglected and not maintained for a long period of time may require more time and more than one cleaning.   

Does the kitchen need to be closed at the time of cleaning?

Yes it does. Any equipment under the hood system must be turned off and cooled.

What time of day do All American Cleaning operate?

We have day and evening crews available to best suit your needs and schedule. We have a 24 hour a day work force.

Is All American Cleaning Insured?

All American Cleaning Services, Inc. is a licensed and insured corporation. We will provide our certificate of insurance upon request.

How much are your services?

Our prices is based upon the size of the exhaust hood, how many filters does it have, what type of equipment is under the hood, the type of food that is being cooked, the last time the exhaust hood was serviced and how difficult it is to access the roof top of the establishment. We are able to give quotes over the phone if you have this information or one of our service technician will visit your establishment and inspect the exhaust system and provide a quote. Before and after pictures are available upon request.

What if I need to cancel a scheduled cleaning?

We would appreciate a 24 hour notice window for cancellations.

Do you have a payment policy?

All payment of invoices will be due upon receipt. We only accept cash, corporate checks, company checks or money order. We do not accept credit cards. Payment terms are available for qualified customers.
